Segue CMS

I am a simple user-I do basic html coding-
I know nothing about programming anything


I will try option #1 first creating text templates
I must admit the example on the page in the class section looks like Greek but I'll wait until i am not at work to give it more attention.

I would like the flash on the same page for a seamless effect but if this does not work out I'll try and find a work-a-round
