I'm new to securelock and I'm trying to understand if securelock is a fit for my needs. I have the database setup and the example page working.
I have an intranet restricted to employees (group 1). Some areas are restricted to certain employees (e.g., groups 2 & 3). All employees are members of group 1. Some are also members of group 2. Some are members of group 3. A few are members of all.
So, I am trying to setup a system where all employees login to get access to the intranet. If they are a member of group 2, they can access group 2 pages. If they are a member of group 3, they can get access to group 3 pages.
However, it appears as though employees must logout of one group before they can login to another. Is this expected? If so, is there a way around this?
I can setup group membership differently by creating different combinations of my own logical grouping (group 1, group 12, group 13, group 123), but this seems backwards and difficult to maintain as new users are added and especially as new groups are created.
