Hi, you need to use Sector API or the "upload" tool to upload data into Sector. If you choose to manually copy directly to a specific data node (operate outside Sector), you need to restart the system. Sector will not refresh the slave data directory.

What version are you using?

A good way to debug is to modify startall, instead of letting startslave to print output to /dev/null, you can print the output to a file. You can print debug information from your UDF.

When the error happened, were the related slaves still alive?
