Minor bug fix based on (the non-public) release 0.9.3: the newsletter number, the user entered, was searched with the SQL "... LIKE ..." statement instead of "... = ...". Look up for newsletters with the number "1" caused the search to look for "1", "1x", "1xx" and so on. (This is really a minor bug fix!)
