Thanks to Panos, who analysed and wrote a UML study for this feature (see attached file).
I will code this translation feature next time I will spent time on sears.

Hello there, I know you need feature for this summer.
So this is a new feature delivery of Sears:
*Undo/redo for subtitle simple edit, you can now undo when you change subtitle text/date.
*Format Conversion : Now when using Save As... you can specify an other file extension. You file will be converted.
Ex when saving your superman_101.srt file to superman_101.sub, the SRT will be converted...
