SDValidator version 0.7.9 released

SDValidator implements a generic framework for validating the structure and content of structured documents. Release 0.7.9 adds new toolbar items for validation and uses attribute names and values for tag ambiguity resolution. SDDTree handling in the developer has been updated to handle memory problems with large sdds.
