There is no support for timelines.
One could simulate them like in the following example:
a:A[t] ":A (sends ticks on independent thread)"
b:B[t] ":B some object"
c:C ":C some other object"
d:D ":D (receives ticks)"
a:>d.00\:01&
b:c.
a:>d.00\:02&
c:b.this happens at 00:02&
a:>d.00\:03&
a:>d.00\:04&
a:>d.00\:05&
a:>d.00\:06&.

Hello,
Is there any easy way to add a timeline (absolute or relative) and somehow tie it to events (e.g. "ticks" per event)?
While this is perhaps not in line with UML, it would allow to to use sdedit also for visualizing incidents/past events/log messages.
