scopegrab32 scopegrab32_v22 file released: ScopeGrab32-v220CombiScope-exe.zip

Added help file, added waveform download and decoding to CSV file and Matlab script for the SM9x series, completed the Epson ESC decoder for screenshots from the SM9x and SM12x series, improved the connect and baud rate logic.
