  • savirc 2.1.0 file released: savirc-2.1.0.tar.gz

The savIRC handbook has been updated to reflect things that have changed in 2.1 The savIRC project utilizes ROBOdoc to document its source code. We are slowly incorporating this, so you can expect to see more 'developer' oriented docs appearing in the coming months. Features: * Added "Show idle pings" to Configuration --> IRC * Added a checkbox to hide serverpings. * /disconnect now stops autoreconnect * Anti-Flood: Chunks of text are broken into 400 chars or less. This prevents you from flooding yourself off. * If you receive this error: "YourNick :Erroneous Nickname". savIRC will try an alternate. Development Improvements: We are getting much closer to issuing one command to generate a release! * Unix-Like: We now have two Makefiles. Makefile.am and Makefile. The former is for the end-user when installing on their system. Makefile is used for the developers. * Windows: We have two .bat files. One is for generating a Monthly Build, the other is for generating an actual release with Installer. The only difference is one creates a .zip file, while the other creates an installer.
