It sounds to me like the it's not finding DB.php (from PEAR). Are you sure that it's in your library path? Did you restart your web server after installing PEAR-DB?.

change the option
$columns['id'] to xyz has no effect. i had to rename the column to prefid.

It seems so, that the varaible
plugins/sasql/sasql_options.php?delete=
is not set. edit button also not works for me.
