This is a brilliant piece of software and database. The key to knowing sanskrit as the perfect language is to learn the root words, the combination of which can describe anything in the universe. Finally this was the software where my search for a sanskrit tutorial ended. Thank you!
The dictionary is very needed but yet far to be completed. Of course that if the author(s) will leave as it is I must consider a very, very good dictionary but, please, once you begun just go a little further :) Namaste.
This is a best (and professional) Sanskrit dictionary I've ever saw. It's very helpful that program allows to search in FOUR dictionaries simultaneously. Thanks a lot to the author for this useful program! Useful info: For detailed search in SanDic: Go to “Search”, Activate “RegExp”. Use: ^beginningoftheword endoftheword$ ^middleoftheword&
I will recommend.
