SA-Exim Manager. It is a wxPython application written with boa-constructor to manage spam queues created by the sa-exim plugin.

Mostly cosmetic changes. Little visual details that were bugging me such as the header view being at the bottom of the text instead of the top and the lack of shortcut keys in the menus. Also added a shortcut to the delete action.
