You need to run extconf.rb first.
It creates the file.

ruby-gnome2-all-0.14.1/gnomeprint/src/rbgp.h のなかで
include している rblibgnomeprintversion.h が存在しない
ためコンパイルエラーになります。コメントアウトするとコ
ンパイルできました。.
