Fixed mailing to empty lists; BLOB -> MEDIUMBLOB for attaches; handling of binary path is now based on CGI/mod_perl environment.

2.5 released
As I still have no time to move CPAN version of Ruboard anywhere close to be complete I released new changes to 2.* branch - 2.5. Changes are some minor bugfixes and ability to send posted messages to all registered users and/or to specific thread participants. See administrative options on `System parameters' tab. No changes to database structure done, so you can use the board on your existing data. You may want to copy your language changes into `languages.dat' though if you've made any. Andrew.
