Remove downloaded attachment on delete item

    Thank your for this incredible cool programm. I use the feature to auto download attachments for my feed-items to my local disc. But when i delete some items the once downloaded attachments stay on my local disc. Is there a way to auto remove this attachments (e.g. with clean up or filter)? I am afraid I did not figure it out. Thank you!
