  * RPM 4.0.x for Mac OS X 10.1, will be done *only* if there is any request for it (that is a legacy release, matching Red Hat 7 and Enterprise Linux 2.1 maintenance updates) * RPM 4.0.x for Mac OS X 10.2 was released * RPM 4.1.x is now offically deprecated (RH 8) * RPM 4.2.x for Mac OS X 10.2, will be done *only* if there is any request for it (that is a legacy release, matching Red Hat 9 and Enterprise Linux 3 maintenance updates) * RPM 4.2.x for Mac OS X 10.3 was released * RPM 4.3.x for Mac OS X 10.3, will be done *only* if there is any request for it (that is a legacy release, matching Fedora Core 2 and Enterprise Linux 4 maintenance updates) * RPM 4.3.x for Mac OS X 10.4 is in testing, as the *final* intended RPM4Darwin development * RPM 4.4.x will *not* be done in this project, as that has moved to DarwinPorts instead... http://darwinports.opendarwin.org/darwinports/dports/sysutils/rpm/ * RPM 4.4.x is also used in Fedora Core 4, distribution available for both X86 and PPC http://fedora.redhat.com/ -- this news item was updated on 2005-08-29

  These SRPMS were updated upstream: * rpm-4.0.4-7x.20 (EL2.1) MD5 b92c46d5add17d6edff235d776cc1af3 rpm-4.0.4.tar.gz 5886675 * rpm-4.2.3-13 (EL3) MD5 678f66659507c6b08cf1d6696bcbc2af rpm-4.2.3.tar.gz 9369351 * rpm-4.3.2-21 (FC3) MD5 2825c3e163795a906ee20a44da8075e7 rpm-4.3.2.tar.gz 7910726 They will replace the old tarballs here... (RPM 4.4 and above will *not* be added, and beecrypt-4.0.0 will probably go away) Also updated new minor versions of: GnuPG, Yum and Zlib (from upstream)
