New release 0.1-7

This is the first SourceForge release. It is a rebuild using the newest FOX library 0.99-153. The FOX library is not required for pkgbuild but if are intrested in an easy to use, cross platform C++ library look here: http://www.cfdrc.com/FOX/fox.html
