Temporarily suspended

RPA development is temporarily suspended. Two very interesting open-source projects provide some of RPA features: - GCC parallel mode (http://gcc.gnu.org/onlinedocs/libstdc++/manual/parallel_mode.html) - boost::circular_buffer Although manty other features are specific to RPA (Parallelization of non-random-access iterators, 'remove' algorithms, etc... ) it may be wise to redesign some parts of RPA in order to be more orthogonal with these two libraries.
