  • Comment: Updated pt_BR translation for ROX-Filer.

Fixed the mouse symlink tip that was missing a space at the end and so merging the tip with the filename and uploaded a new file. Please, use this one.

  • Updated pt_BR translation for ROX-Filer.

Based on the .po file from the 2.10 package downloaded from ROX's home page. Brazilian Portuguese translation for ROX-Filer. Before there was almost nothing translated. Thank you.

  • Comment: Files remain "selected"

Is nobody interested in fixing this? The bug makes ROX-Filer just about unusable with GTK 2.18.3. Pretty serious. Until this is fixed I can't upgrade Puppy Linux to the latest stable GTK. Puppy is pretty much tied into using ROX-Filer for the desktop.

I have tested Rox 2.6.1, 2.9.0 and 2.10.0, all have the same problem. There is just one problem. A file becomes shaded when it is dragged or a mouse-button right-click, but the shading is remaining after the operation is completed. For example, I...

  • ROX-Filer slow with large directories

ROX-Filer is very slow when displaying the contents of large directories (for example, with over 1000 files and/or subdirectories). I suspect that ROX-Filer is slow because it is sorting the files, so I suggest that ROX-Filer implement a new sorting option that sorts files faster. Perhaps ROX-Filer could sort files in the same order as ls, which is fast. (Incidentally, this would be welcome...

  • Comment: Solaris: objcopy: command not found

As the message says, this error is ignored (for exactly this reason).
