    I am Raguraman.I am doing project in Mobile robot navigation using Neuro fuzzy controller. In my project, i have to create the environment before applying the Neuro fuzzy concepts. Please tell me how to create the environment using this rossum tool. Also tell me where to place my neuro fuzzy codings.Please explain the full concepts about the rossum tool.
