• Welcome to RohedinVPN

  Hello everyone, Well, the RohedinVPN project has been approved by Sourceforge, so we can now get things under way. I'll be making a full news post tomorrow with full details, and plans and details on the project. For now, I have almost finished coding RohedinVPN 0.0.1. It isn't much really, but it's the basic building blocks of the project, with a server/client system that can be used to store and retrieve variables. After a few versions this should evolve into a system with basic file-sharing abilities and then eventually become the first Alpha release (v0.1.x). This will take me a month or so, however there is another developer who may be helping with the project, so things may go faster. UPDATE: For now I'm releasing the unfinished 0.0.1 build, as I may be busy for the next couple of days, but would like to release something for now. I've called it 0.0.1a, the finished one will be 0.0.1b. This release lacks threading, so only user can connect at a time. It also doesn't parse the commands properly, so you need to type each parameter at a time after typing the command name. There are also a couple of bugs that crash the server when the client exits. These should all be fixed in the finished 0.0.1 release. Thanks for now.
