Mar 2009 - V4.99.38 Frans Slothouber o Merged patch by Ralf Meister to improve troff output. o Added --config option that show build and configuration information. o Removed all uses of '//' to make ROBODoc compile on older compilers. o fixed a bug in the configure that caused ROBODoc to look in "/NONE/...." for robodoc.rc files. o make install no longer installs a roboboc.rc but a robodoc_example.rc o Ran valgrind on the code and fixed various problems. o Fixed bug 1754770, "Circular references". Which caused ROBODoc to hang if there was a 'loop' in the headers.
