    When a modification is made to ripplesite/settings.py, will the changes "take" with only a restarting of Apache, or should I redo other things, as in step 3 of the readme:

    python manage.py init
    python manage.py install ripple
    python manage.py install admin

    I want to try this and hopefully clear a "tuple index out of range" error, but it might not overwrite cleanly.. back to square 1..
