This patch adds support for adding tags to FLAC files. The diff is from rip-1.07.

Added a new command line option to set a custom output subdir which also takes formatting characters %A for artist name and %T for album title. The subdir is created if it does not already exist.
Patch is against rip-1.07.

I'm ripping with "rip -ST". When song names contain a
single quote the rip creates a id3 tag with a
single-quoted escaped quote: '\''
When you copy of move such a file on the command line
you get unexpected results and it looks funny on your
mp3 player.
