The aim of the project is to experiment with video and other stimulus methods to change nervous system activity (brainwave entraintment). The idea is to try to steer nervous system into target state by collecting large database of (stimulus, nervous system response) pairs and use machine learning to find a mathematical model that will be used to solve for optimal stimulus sequences to steer nervous system into a target state as well as possible. The software tries to change stress-levels, increase relaxation, mood, sleep etc similarly music or video can change your mood but hopefully more effectively if you match stimulus exactly to what is happening in your brain.
