First time I run the 2.3.0 version, an unhandled exception is raised (see attachements.
A lot of features don't work like:
- database renaming
- database deletion.

A null pointer exception is raised when you click on study, but no database is selected.

At the moment after the user has graded a question there is a delay of about 2 seconds for a database of 400 questions.
There are two approaches.
1) Optimise or otherwise improve the speed of calculating the new interval.
2) Delay the calculation of the new interval until after the next question has been displayed. In this way whilst the user is thinking about the answer to this...
