RegMAS (Regional Multi Agent Simulator) is a spatially explicit multi-agent model framework, developed in C++ language and designed for long-term simulations of effects of government policies over agricultural systems (farm sizes, incomes, land use..).

- introduced option for stochastic simulations; - premium decoupled from activities (each activity can have nn premium associated, each one with its own reference period and contribution to SFP calculation); - healthCheck scenario refers now to the Health Check as in the 20 May 2008 EU Commission Comunication;

RegMAS is a Regional Multi Agent Simulator developed in C++ and suited to long-term simulation of effects of government policies over agricultural and rural systems. This release goes on the direction of simplify its usage for end-users. Input data is loaded directly from the OpenDocument Spreadshit input file, without the need of converting firstly in XML/CSV. Futhermore the selection of the scenario can now be done directly in the GUI. Finally the console mode has been improved and now accepts options. Antonello Lobianco
- New data loading system (directly form the OpenDocument Spreadsheet file instead that trough export in CSV/XML); - Scenario is now choose in the GUI; - Console version now support options (mainly for scenario and input).

- New: new policy options (regionalisation and more modulation thresholds); - New: added command line version (as the GUI seems to change the seed of random numbers); - Bugfix: Corrected initialisation of spatial objects, now by plot instead of by agent.
