Registry Editor PE is a plugin for Bart's PE Builder which allows for easy editing of remote registry hives and user profiles. A user booting from a Bart's PE CD can easily make changes to the Windows registry without having to boot into Windows.

This tool is an awesome help for those who looking for something which is similar with working inside Windows and don't like to sit and work in DOS environment. In moments when it is impossible to reach your system's registry and edit it online and can't loggin to your computer. A must have tool for everyone which useing Windows!
