    Easy, and simple to use, can record a single/fixed region, or the fullscreen (you can add the zooming, and panning features in a video editor such as cinelerra, lives, or blender) but once thing that I really really hate about this app is the fact that the video saves into an .ogv file type. It's be so much better if it saved it as an .avi or a .flv and converting the video everytime I record it, and then haft to edit it gets annoying.
