Libraries for building tools and scripts for ECAD. Contains physical, circuit and Verilog libraries bolted into the 'carrion' module.
It has not been touched in ages and remains only as for historic reference. The live project is called 'Carrion' as it is built from the dead bits of 'Reaper'.
