libreadline.so.4 needed for RH7.1

    When I try to install RASCAL on my RH7.1 Linux
    system I get a dependency stalled with a message
    indicating that "libreadline.so.4" is needed.

    I cannot find a libreadline package for RH7.1 on
    the Red Hat web site.
