One of the best I've used so far. Using it on my home network to control the use of our broadband account. I't just what I was looking for. Had a dabble with Coova/Chilli like 6 years ago but did not like it because it was buggy - so dropped it then. Awesome work!! - certainly will recommend it to others.

Great software, a little linux knowlage is required to get setup but nothing too complicated. I have been using it for about 3 Years now to manage and monitor multiple WiFi installations. I have also run tests where this system (Radiusdesk/ Meshdesk) on a 20€ tp-link truly out performed a 150€ Unifi setup in throughput.

High potential, but falls short due to the lack of customizable options in the external captive portal. The developers chose the "Webix" UI framework to build the captive portal and it's completely integrated into the admin panel (making it hard to rip out and replace with Bootstrap or a static HTML portal). Changing or removing even the simplest UI elements breaks the javascript. You'll either need to pay the dev team to get support for changing the UI, or have advanced Javascript skills to do so. Would rate this 5/5 if using the Webix UI wasn't forced and we had the ability to easily create a captive portal using our own UI framework.
