    Salam Rizwan,
    i think OmegaT seems to be tool for "professional translators" and not for software developers.

    Actually regarding RabtPad localization of software is not my priority. If so there is already a possibilty of localized strings in Java and many IDE have such tools. An if you mean the input mechanism, it is already possible in RabtPad via xml/text file to reconfigure the keyboard input.

    Because of time i can not invest lot of time in it.
    If you are interested the whole code of it is availabe for learning.
