I have to reproduce the error but I could imagine that this is actually a case that is currently not handled correctly. I think the calculation of the type injections that end up in the proxy currently only covers the remote service for which it was triggered. The same happens then again for the second remote service but when you install both proxies one after the other you have essentially a split package problem.
I am not sure if there is an easy solution to this. The easiest is indeed to use disjoint packages for remote services.
