A fast and flexible implementation of SSH and SCP for Java, modelled on OpenSSH. In the beginning it should be simple, but hopefully eventually feature-rich.

I seem to have overcome the major hurdles in development and have a bit of time (~6 hours a week) to work on this now, so an alpha release early August should come through. Implementation plans are for SSH 1.5 with 3DES, RSA identities, SSH command execution (not interactive), SCP and an ant task for both of these. I'll then target Mid-September for a full SSH1.5/2.0 client implementation, including interactive shell. After that I'll remodel it into a nicer interface, for a 1.0 release.
Terrence has volunteered to help out with some of the issues I'm having that are related to the JCE. I have updated the timeline - please see the project homepage at http://quietcoffee.sf.net
