In this release, all of the features planned for 0.3.0 have been written and lightly tested. If all goes well and no major problems are encountered, then 0.3.0 will be released by the end of March. Long left behind, an all-new QuickCapture web site has now been put online at http://quickcapture.sourceforge.net! It will be the central repository of information about QuickCapture, and will hopefully provide a more aesthetically-pleasing interface than the SourceForge.net documentation system.
The second beta release of QuickCapture 0.3.0 is now available for download. This release moves forward towards the goals set for QuickCapture 0.3.0: an OS-portable application with a redesigned plug-in system.
Changes in 0.3.0 beta 2 release: - Many small bug fixes - Addition of unit test suite to prevent regressions - Several large blocker bug fixes - Lots of testing - Solidification of the QuickCapture library + Renamed to libquickcapture instead of utils + Further extensions planned in filesystem functions and strings - Enhanced setup/configuration capabilities
