Description
Pipeline written to perform duplicate removal, demultiplexing, primer-removal, quality-assurance graphing, and quality-control of reads generated by the 454 and Illumina second-generation sequencing platforms. Version 6 is written in Python3 while version 7 is written in Java.

The entire pipeline is very usefull for data analysis and it very nicely displays everything in well designed graphs. A very good and intuitive approach to getting a feel for what is happening in your sample! A must have for anyone doing NGS data-analysis...
