  Added a way to make navigation tables in Add/Edit Html. Added the ability to insert html blocks into other html blocks. View Html/Page now grabs the latest text. Added Conditional Text to Add/Edit Html. Fixed some problems with the browser command. Fixed some variable conflicts.

  Features added to Insert Internal Link. Switched stuff around so that structures with similar names can be used, ie Basic and Basic2. Added the ability to place process results into html. Fixed some errors in determining relative path. Fixed a bug when trying to clobber over images. Fixed a bug when adding new html blocks and editing pages. Fixed a bug that occurs when viewing a page that hasn't been built yet.
