Hello, Just downloaded qtstalker 0.36 and imorted some data via CSV. CSV quotes goes well, but after finish there are no charts visible - even the directory "Stocks" is invisible. the proper directories are created, the data included. I noticed that when I start the program with root account everything goes well. This is what I get, whet I start qtstalker with no-root user: ASSERT: "i...

as long as someone is willing to support OS X, i don't see any need to remove OS X support at this time. as you mention, it only requires the *.pro files to be maintained. i was really aiming this toward the win32 crowd. yes, really like the rolling release distributions. arch is my current and favourite flavour so far. sabayon is also good.

dcwest, you should start separate topics for each new Help question. This poor "Mac OS X" thread is receiving undue attention.

The idea sounds good Steve. It should head off a lot of installation questions and enable lean code. I don't look forward to maintaining an additional operating system. What would be an ideal, low-effort Linux? So far i am wondering about Arch Linux. If it didn't work out, then it is actually quite easy to keep some local changes to qtstalker.pro etc. to enable running natively on Mac OS X.
