GRUB's menu.lst uses Different Symbols

    I wanted to edit GRUB's menu.lst, but was unsure what HD0, HD1 correlated to. So I used QTParted, but the output of QTParted uses SDA1,SDA2. etc. Could these two useful apps use the same terminology? Is there any way to map QTParted's output to the HD0, HD1 world?
