I simply love the QtCreator for C++-projects and have been using it in private and at work (under Linux) for years. It is a great tool for reading and editing code, making even large code bases accessable because the excellent C++-parser allows you to follow the code whereever it leads (and back again). And best of all - this doesn't require creating a dedicated project structure, you can just import your existing project (which essentially means you tell the IDE where all your files are so they can be indexed) and start working (ok, some special requirements demand you to edit some simple project configuration files, but not much magic there).

I could not rate this project. Because my original attempt with the online install was unsuccessful, the connection with the server is slow, unreliable, I finally gave up. Would like to be able able to download an .RPM package (and/or .DEB) using bittorent, for a fast reliable download and seemless install on Linux. Furthermore the delta RPM's have the great benfit to download small files for update. Hope Qt Creator, eventually go this way.
