This is a phenomenonally useful piece of software for HF operation. It offers a GUI to the voacap software that windows users have had for a long time through hamcap and until now has been available through VOACAP-Linux which was released in executable form. This allows the user to see which bands are best for certain operations, and compute when is the best time to communicate between two stations. It hides much of the complication of VOACAP from the user and allows the user to take advantage of the GUI. It also simplifies the collection of information from the internet to give meaningful results to the operator.
