Python Windows CE port

Im quite new to both Python and this.
So anyhow, I cant get Tk to work, It says that It cant find the CeLib dll.
I have downloaded the Tk-Files zip from the wiki but still there are troubles.
What am I doing wrong?

Have you installed required Tkinet dll files?
