I have been using this application for sometime and thought it was about time I let everyone else have a shot. After installing an OS in a chroot environment, pydl will create and maintain the servers system configuration files, each nodes independant filesystems and configuration files, making it much easier to maintain a large number of diskless clients and keep up to date with the latest package updates your preffered Linux distribution provides. Currently only Gentoo Linux has been tested and recommended for use, but future plans are to include compatibility for all Linux flavours as well as other Unix like OS's.
