Pinyin to IPA Conversion Tools v2.1 Released

This new version has no major corrections but toggles a standard setting of the conversion rule about the transitional [u] in between the a syllable among bo/po/mo/fo with some minor fixes, and adds a Rule Recipe for the Modern Chinese textbook used in Beijing Normal University.
