    Hmmmm. This looks like an environment issue. If you look at the pxe.bat script:

    http://tinyurl.com/arnq6

    You'll see line 22:

    set JAVACMD="%JAVA_HOME%"\bin\java.exe

    From the same commandline as you're running PXE, can you:

    1) Type "echo %JAVA_HOME%" and post the output.
    2) Edit pxe.bat at line 23, insert "echo %JAVACMD%", run "pxe.bat", and post the output.

    This should help diagnose things.
