  • I have a large waypoint database and have been looking for a program that does exactly this. Spot on! Well done and keep up the good work! Would love too be able to add/edit waypoint icons, however I saw your response to someone else's feature request for that and I understand the difficulties involved in implementing that. Perhaps add the ability to import an icon or set of icons for a particular platform (Garmin, Google, KDE Marble, etc...)?
  • My recommendation for editing tracks in GPX, KML, KMZ, ... format
  • Very useful. Thanks.

  • There are two sides to geographical data; gathering and storing it, and extracting and representing it. Unfortunately those knowledgeable enough to undertake the first part have no problems with the second, and fail to understand the needs of the uninitiated user. For those who wish only to use the data without getting bogged down in the detail GpsPrune is an invaluable tool with a user-friendly interface. I can highly recommend it.
  • I have looked for a easy to use GPS route editor for Linux/Ubuntu for a while, this seem to fit my current requirements relay nice!
