ProxyDNSFilters are two tools that can be useful for web filtering: a custom filtered DNS relay server and a custom filtered Proxy server. (filtering by custom IPs, MACs and sites). Useful for schools or libraries.

tested v1.0.0.6-alpha and it works great! The exe file is only 80Kb (heh, reminds me of DNSKong). Haven't yet tested it to see how it will handle a huge (245k lines) config blocklist though. Looking forward to seeing what additional features you may add.
