I unfortunately cannot reproduce (and therefore fix) this bug, sorry.
Another (maybe related) bug has been submitted earlier that I could not reproduce, so maybe they are both linked to windows handling things differently than linux:

the jvm I've got installed is the 1.6 but I think that protege uses 1.5 by itself as you can see at the output.

Hi, thanks for the answer but it doesn't solved the problem.
From this you could see the jvm version, the protege version as well as everything else, this is the output I get while starting protege.

if it's not enough please give some more details:
(get the 3 info below from the protege output, preferably)

operating system:
(other:)
did you copied the _xalan library if you use a recent java version (see FAQ)?
type of report you tried to generate: html, pdf, dhtml
did you already tried to generate an HTML report...

Hello ddffr,
The error log you display suggets that your java configuration does not provide the xalan XSLT processor... or at least not in a compatible version.
As mentionned in the FAQ & known bugs (http://protege-docgen.sourceforge.net/):
Docgen does work under JAVA 1.5 (or later) but since some class changed in JAVA 1.5 you need to fix it.
Read further, it takes a second.

I've tried to generate reports but it doesn't work, I already tried the version 0.9, 0.99 and 0.99fix and the only thing that changes is that with the version 1.0 I can generate the XML repport, bt wih the other versions I can generate nothing!! nothing changes, do you know whats happening?
