For some reason the new install isnt using the username and password set in the const.php file to try connect to the mysql database.

This forums seems dead, but I can't find anything to resolve this issue. If someone can direct me to a more active turn/resource based engine that would be great.

Hi and thanks for your time.
The fatal error is now corrected, but no new turns are given by the cronjob and the main problem continues. I tried to quit the HTML function is order to execute manually the turn.php page and see what happens.
When I tried this the turn.php accesing turn.php through web it worked correctly and a new turn was given to the game, so I think the main problem is...

Hi, and first of all congratulations for Promisance, it looks really good.
I'm trying to configure it in my web hosting. All looks good except cron jobs. I use cpanel to control the hosting so I put the cronjob in this way:
GET: http://www.mysite.com/promisance/turns.php > /dev/null

I am running Promisance on a Win server, I am having a
small problem though. I had the game up and running,
but then I changed servers.
I did a whole new install and setup, but now. It will let
you create a new player but will not let you login.
When you try, it brings up..
